Ole Ole Bali

Last night I’ve a dinner with Pei Li from Schneider Electric and my fiancĂ©, Pauzi at Ole-Ole Bali, Sunway Pyramid. The place is nice & romantic, suitable for first date and anniversary or birthday celebration. Hehe…. The F&B trend today is very much about lifestyle. City folks nowadays do not just come in to sit down and eat; they want to take in the atmosphere, relax, and chat in an environment which is homely and warm at the same time. But for me, the environment makes me feel sleepy. Huhu…. Never mind because I’m still enjoying the food. Delicious and I recommended you to try. Confirm no repentance.

I take Vanilla milkshake and Pasta Grilled Chicken, while my fiancĂ© take Nasi Campur Ole Ole and Mango Shake. If I’m not mistaken, Nasi Campur Ole Ole is the main course here which is basically mixed rice with a variety of dishes. The dishes that came with the mixed rice were grilled prawns, grilled squids, pan fried dory fish, chicken rendang, sauteed kangkung, chicken satay wrapped around a stick of lemon grass (Bali’s version of satay lilit), a plate of rice cake with long beans (Bali’s version of coleslaw, perhaps.), two different types of chilies, a big piece of anchovies crackers and of course, a very small portion of rice. Pei Li?? I’m not sure but what I can see she takes a western food, something like Beef Steak and Barley Lime Ice. I hope so it’s true. Hehe….

Nice food and I know we enjoy our food. Hopefully one day I’ll come here again and try other foods here.
