Works To Do List

My working mood is really superb. What I’m thinking now is work and work and work. Yeah!!! I’m back to normal hopefully…. Huhu… and hopefully I can settle everything within March so no more warning letter and so on after this. Huh… I’m really tired to entertain this kind of people who can’t considerate. I’m not just doing your projects so please don’t force me too much. Even a lot of work I’ve to do, I still will make sure my work done successfully. It’s all about time… Trust me. I know I can. Hehe… Now let me make a list of my works to do.

SK Raub Indah, Raub, Pahang

- TNB supply (make sure they give supply to this school before this coming Mei)

- TELEKOM (settle with TELEKOM Temerloh, Pahang)

- Variation Order (VO) addition on sanitary plumbing works (letter to contractor, price list & documentation to Quantity Surveyor (QS))

- EOT letter to Architect (on item TNB late supply)

- VO omission on cold water & sanitary plumbing works (detail & documentation to QS)

- Defect list for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works

SK Raub Jaya, Raub, Pahang

- TNB Bentong (follow up on contribution fee price and forward to client)

- TELEKOM (settle with TELEKOM Temerloh, Pahang)

- VO addition on sanitary plumbing works (letter to contractor, price list & documentation to QS)

- VO omission on cold water & sanitary plumbing works (detail & documentation to QS)

- MDR (Submission on street lighting approval for entrance road)

- Drawing street lighting for entrance road to contractor

- Hand over TNB Sub-station to TNB Bentong (Warning letter to contractor)

- Preparation for defect meeting on M&E works (documentation)

PULAPES MPOB Keratong, Pahang

- VO addition (check VO price from contractor before forward to QS)

- TNB supply (make sure they give supply to this school before this coming Mei)

- Chronology of TNB forward to client with supportive documentation

- Detail & drawing of M&E to client

- EOT letter to Architect (on item TNB late supply)

- Grant letter to TNB (follow up with Architect for MPOB grant copy)

Transgenik MPOB, Keratong, Pahang

- Documentation for specification M&E works for tender (waiting client extra specification)

Banglo Ir Fadhil, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

- Submission to SYABAS PJ for approval

Banglo En. Kamal, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

- Get latest drawing from architect and forward to Samudra’s Terengganu (Need to design on lighting concept before forward to them)

- Contact with extra low voltage (ELV) specialist for ELV system

- Cost estimate and Bill of Quantity (BQ) for M&E works

Bukit Serai Development, Rawang, Selangor

- Appointment with Bahagian Asset for rizab issue on Monday, 1 March 2010

- Submission drawings to TNB MRCB Shah Alam or supportive letter from TNB for OSC approval

- Costing for infra works (Phase 1 only)

UiTM Pasir Gudang, Johor

- Raw cost for infra works to Cosmic

- Construction drawing to contractor

Hmm…. Ape lg ye??? Rase mcm byk lg tp xpe… settlekn keje2 kt atas ni dulu. Bos Muda dh bunyi2 2-3 projek baru lg for me so by hook or by crook I’ve to finish all the above works before other works from him comes. I know I can. Yeah!!!! :)
